Thank you for shopping at LadySassy.com. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1) Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
2) Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging with all tags and accessories.

A photo of the item and packaging, along with a brief description of the reason for the return, must be emailed to info@ladysassy.com before we approve the return.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
Items that are opened, used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.
3) How to Start a Return

Email info@ladysassy.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[your order number]”.

Include:

Your full name and order number

Photos clearly showing the item and packaging condition

A short description of the issue/reason

Our support team will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions (including the return address and any return authorization needed).
Please do not send items back without prior approval—unauthorized returns may be refused.
4) Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent, defective, or damaged product), LadySassy will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs once approved.
5) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective item.
6) Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
7) Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Contact us at info@ladysassy.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Keep all packaging materials until your case is resolved.
8) Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include (but may not be limited to):

Intimate apparel

Cosmetics and personal care items

Gift cards
Products marked as Final Sale on the product page are also non-returnable.
9) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after our confirmation:

Check your bank or credit card statement again.
